Gpsy feelin8/27/2023 ![]() Halfpipe! Winner for ‘trailer with most hand drags.’ Phil's friends included.Īn amazing mashup of the smoothest styles in the biz, most with poles some without. A film mostly about Henrik Harlaut’s minime, Phil Casabon. Mix of big park jumps and hairy urban antics. After a couple watches it made more sense the full movie should be good.Ĭool edit. A good mix of ski aspects with intensity. Pros on all levels.Īnother non-American flick with a must watch feel to the trailer. Top notch guy and girl skiers that can handle the biggest mountains, tightest lines, biggest park features, you name it. Looks like a good time to me.ĭAYS OF MY YOUTH, Matchstick Productions/Red Bull Media House… Trailer may be a bit crass for the young park ratlings. Their lines.Ī group of Swedish skiers with a good handle on life. The risk level less burly than Stept but that Stept rawness seems there so should be fun to watch.ĭRAWING LINES, Freeriders Life Production… And so are the high consequence urban teases. Regardless of the tight pants, always been big fan of their approach to skiing and edits. Great music choice for added feel.Ī creative and ambitious crew. Hmm, seemed like a pretty awesome winter. Future ski legends tearing everything up, as usual.Ī SHORT STORY ABOUT THE BAD WINTER, Crew Movie Project… Get your big headphones ready, audio was a priority to fully immerse us. After over 25 years of countless hours watching ski movies, this buildup to the new ski movie release season continues to get bigger and better every year! If you want to get the visual for the rest of them I think you know how to search for things on the internet so you have the “TITLE, Production Company” to work with. Included are a small sampling of trailers from just a few of the movies I am pshyed to see. ![]() ![]() It's possible I missed some trailers or purposely left out the ones that didn’t fulfill my stoke. 140 characters is not much room but I wanted to keep them brief (because these are just the trailers) and give everyone equal space. I limited these to tweet-size length, #-free reviews/comments/thoughts. I decided to watch just about every ski movie trailer currently out there and write a little review on each of them. There are well over two dozen different trailers (for ski movies alone) out there teasing us with what is to come in their full length features, not coming soon enough! The recognizable, long-term production companies most of us have grown up watching are still killing it and a bunch of new, smaller ones are definitely making an impression. No complaining here although it is getting more difficult to keep up. This year a few more guests have joined the movie with Parker White, Guillaume Sbrava and Robin Romera making their appearances. The amount of ski movies coming out each Fall continues to grow exponentially. Together with the riding of Leo Taillefer, Julien Lange, Flo Bastien, Pierre Antoine Chedal and Pierre Guyot this crew has pushed through to the next level. Yann Barthélemy continues his mastery behind the lens and in the editing suite. The Gpsy isn’t only creative on skis and behind the camera but also by their Artistic inspiration on design and the original soundtrack especially created and mixed by DJ Simsima, giving a smooth flow to the movie. With solid Backcountry sessions, filmed in their home spot Val d’Isère and the Espace Killy, and a creative urban session in Sarajevo, the crew proves once again that their creativity and style have no limit. Gpsy Feelin tries to enter the next level and play with the big guys. Winner of the « Best AM Movie » and « Best AM Cinematography » last year with « TAZ ». ![]() MOON SHINE OR THE FREESKI BY GPSY FEELIN. Gpsy Feelin présente son dernier film "Moon Shine".
